Richard M. Goluboff received his Arts Degree in 1966 and his Law Degree in 1969, both from the University of Saskatchewan.
Richard articled in Calgary, Alberta and practiced there before moving to British Columbia where he re-articled and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1974. He opened his own practice in West Vancouver, BC on October 1, 1974 and joined W. Gerald Mazzei in March of 1979 and has carried on a general practice with an emphasis on residential real estate, commercial real estate as well as corporate and business law. Richard also offers expertise in estate planning, the preparation of wills, and in obtaining a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
W. Gerald Mazzei received his Law Degree and Arts Degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 1972.
After graduating he articled in Kelowna B.C. practicing there until 1978. In September 1978 he moved his practice to West Vancouver, B.C. and has practiced law with Richard Goluboff since March 1979 under the firm name Goluboff & Mazzei. Since 1972 he has practiced in a varied number of areas of the law. These areas include all types of realestate law, criminal law, civil litigation, personal injury (from minor to traumatic including brain injury), wills and estates. Today he is still active in personal injury law as well as several other areas of law. Many cases are considered by him on a percentage basis.
Beatrice L. Fogelberg has practiced family law for nine years and has been a member of our firm since 1990, with a short break of two years during which she managed her own practice in Vancouver.
Beatrice's previous career in social work provided her with the communication skills and sensitivity required to assist clients in negotiating and implementing parenting agreements designed to meet the needs of their children and to minimize conflict in co-parenting arrangements.
