Northern PA Notary Services was opened in June 2010 to provide Tioga County and the surrounding areas much needed driver and vehicle services. Although a new business to the town of Mansfield I am not new to the areas of notary or licensing needs.

I have been a notary and member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries since 2000. During that time I opened a Full-Agent and Messenger Service, offered On-Line Messenger Service and expanded to offer Apportioned Registrations at another location.

Seeing the need for the service to the residents of Mansfield I chose to open my own business and currently offer the following services: Full Agent and Messenger Service, Authorized PennDOT On-Line Messenger Service, ATV & Snowmobile Registrations, Apportioned Registrations and Boat Registrations.

As with any new business questions arise in consideration of knowledge and education. As a contracted agent of PennDOT I am required to attend meetings and training classes. I have taken the required training in Advanced Motor Vehicle transactions as well as Apportioned Training and Recertification Apportioned Training. At required trainings and meetings we are apprised of changing laws and regulations regarding licensing and vehicle codes. As changes occur you will find a great news area on the website to highlight these changes!

In the future I am looking forward to the expansion of used cars and consignment vehicles as well as Insurance Products.
