With our primary offices in Potter County, McKean County, and Tioga County, we provide a multitude of land services, such as title research and oil, gas and mineral research, throughout the Appalachian basin. We employ over 15 abstractors; many with over ten years of experience in the field of title research. Our team possesses a variety of talents. These talents are utilized while collaborating with one another to complete all tasks and projects in an efficient and timely manner.
