The Report

Niagara Home Inspection uses the Home Reference Book reporting system, which is the most comprehensive in the industry.  It contains over 400 pages and 160 detailed illustrations on home construction and home maintenance. Each of the nine systems - Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing, and Interior - are detailed chapters in the book with easy to understand text and illustrations.

If you have a home repair or maintenance question the Home Reference Book probably has the answer. The reference book also has the following additional sections:

To help you start off organized the Home Reference Book has folder pages to keep specific home documents like Mortgage papers, Insurance papers, Utility bills, Home repairs and renovations, Appliance receipts and repairs, etc.

Photo Report

Our photo-documentation has proven to be a very popular and effective tool in graphically recording existing conditions, improvements, features and deficiencies.  Photos are downloaded into a program in which individual captions are added.  They are then printed on-site and included with the writtten report.
