Michael R. Hompesch is the President of CROSSROADS Premier Insurance. Mike has 18 years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry and created his company to meet the needs of the Business and Residential community in New Jersey and New York. The agency provides a wide range of Property and Casualty Insurance services for small to medium businesses and Homeowners. Mike has the ability to review very extensive insurance programs and provide easy to understand solutions. Each client is treated individually and a detailed program of insurance is created to meet their unique needs. Mike has access to multiple insurance carriers and will negotiate on behalf of his customers to ascertain the most competitive priced insurance program available. Mike also ensures that his clients are provided with the best service available in the industry. He is cognizant of the fact that his services are acutely needed at the time of a claim. Mike and his staff work closely with their clients and the insurance
carriers to handle and expedite claims that occur.

Mike is well known in the community, having served on the Middlesex Borough Council for 3 years and is currently the Middlesex Borough Republican Organization Chairperson. He is equally well known in the insurance community, having recently been elected Chairperson of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Central NJ (IIABCNJ) encompassing Middlesex, Union and Somerset counties.
