HomeLand Realty Group is comprised of HomeLand Realty and Home Advantage Realty, with a combination of over 300 Realtors. 

In 2008, Kelly Ng founded HomeLand Realty with the realization of a market niche of Realtors who were in search of a one hundred percent commission structure real estate firm on Vancouver’s Westside.  She realized that Realtors work hard for their clients and was passionate to lead Realtors in the right approach to assist Buyers and Sellers.   Through trust, integrity, and continuous hard work, HomeLand Realty is now one of the largest brokerages in B.C.  With a strong presence in the local community as well as across Greater Vancouver, we strive to build better relationships with our clients and customers.

Management and Administration Team

Alfred Tong , Managing Broker

Alfred launched his real estate career with Multiple Realty in 1994. He brought his sales experience from Hong Kong and soon became a well recognized Realtor. He then realized management was the ultimate goal in his real estate career, and therefore took and successfully passed the Property Management and Agent 9.15 (now Associate Broker) course. In 2001, he moved to Sutton Group – Seafair Realty to broaden and enhance his knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. In February 2009, he joined HomeLand Realty, and due to his outstanding performance, he was promoted to be a Manager in July 2009. In February 2011, he was then promoted to be the Managing Broker. Alfred is highly recognized by his friendly and knowledgeable character. Under his supervision, HomeLand Realty Group has grown to be a well-known brokerage in Vancouver. In April 2012, he was recognized by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver for his outstanding performance and has been appointed to be one of the members of the Arbitration Committee.

Debbie Ng , Manager

Debbie Ng brings 9 years of experience in the field. Upon graduation from the University of British Columbia with a double major in Economics and Asian Studies, she joined Maverick Real Estate, working with a team of professionals in the sales and marketing of a 162 townhome/apartment complex in Richmond.  In 2004, she joined ReMax Select Properties, working as an administrator, and has been fortunate to have the opportunity to learn the operations of such a high calibre brokerage. Upon obtaining her licence in 2005, she has already helped many Sellers and Buyers achieve their dreams in the acquisition and disposition of residential properties.  In 2008 & 2009, Debbie assisted Kelly Ng with the establishment of HomeLand Realty.   In 2010, she took a one year sabbatical to work with Polygon Homes to assist in selling their homes, and also gained experience working with a renowned developer on the sales and marketing of an upscale shopping mall.  As Manager of Marketing and Recruiting, she brings forth her knowledge and expertise of what it takes to be a professional realtor, attributed with honesty, integrity and hard work. Debbie is passionate about her real estate career and intends to inspire and lead her team of professionals.

Kaira Ye, Administrative Manager

Kaira is the conveyancer and administrative manager of Homeland Realty. She has joined HomeLand Realty Group since 2009, and assigned to work in the conveyancing department from the initial listing coordinator position in less than one year’s time. Kaira has developed an interest for the real estate field soon after graduation from University in Phoenix, United States where she obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. During the short period of time at Homeland Realty, Kaira worked closely with the management team to successfully increase net revenue for the company as there has been an evident growth in the number of real estate agents as well as increase in the volume of sales. Kaira works in an organized manner and takes pride in her work ethics as she is well recognized and appreciated for her honesty, integrity, efficiency and hard work; and she continues to propose new goals for the future in hopes to expand the growing company and to develop HomeLand Realty into a well acknowledged, praised, and respected organization.
