Title Insurance:

Title Insurance guarantees that no errors have been made in the examination of the records of a parcel of Real Property. Title insurance also protects against undisclosed title defects that, no matter how thorough an examinations is made, cannot be discovered from public records.

A complete history of documents that would affect a parcel of real property. An Abstract, once used in most real estate transactions is now primarily used in searching title to Mineral Interest. Not every Title Company can offer the service of Complete Abstracting, this service requires that Plant Records date back to the Original Patent from the United States of America.
