Wes has always had a natural ability to repair anything with a small engine. Even as a young boy, he would take things apart to see how they worked, then put them back together.

In June 2008, with Cindy’s encouragement and initiative to get things going, Creative Small Engine Repair opened its doors. The business was started as a part-time business, something Wes did in the evenings and on weekends, while he still worked in the oilfield.

As time went on we got busier and busier, and suddenly Wes found himself with even more work than he could possibly do on a part-time basis. So, in the spring of 2014, we decided to make it a full-time business.

With the increased business Wes quickly outgrew the little shop that we started in, so we purchased the lot and pole shed to the west of us. In January of 2016, we were able to open the newer and much larger shop. We are so grateful for our friends, family and neighbors who helped make this possible. Without them, it would have only been a dream.
