OK HEATING LTD.’s story began with the original owner and founder Walter Pundick, a one-man workforce, operating out of his garage in St. Paul over 35 years ago. Through hard work, great workmanship, and exceptional customer service he gained the confidence of the community and surrounding area. It was soon well known that he would get the job done promptly and with superior attention to detail and accuracy.

Throughout the years to follow, Walter earned the right to call his company: “An Independent Lennox Dealer” and we have promoted and helped grow the Lennox brand ever since.

Since Walter’s passing in late 2010, his two sons, Matthew and Nathan, began operating and managing the company. Like their father, who worked countless hours keeping his customers warm (or cool), Matt and Nathan strive to carry on the same reputation and characteristics that have been passed down to them.
Their commitment to customers, industry expertise, professionalism, and dedication to quality workmanship helps set them above the rest. As certified Red Seal Journeyman Sheet Metal Workers, they are fully trained and qualified to meet all your Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) needs.

Our company will ensure all systems are properly designed to suit your home and business needs. We will take the time to explain your system’s operation, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you are confident with the heating or cooling system that you have chosen. In the case we do not know an answer to your question, we will either research to help provide you with the correct information or we will refer you to someone we trust to get you the correct information. We aim to provide outstanding service and routine maintenance work to our loyal customers, to help them protect the investment they have made in choosing our equipment for their home.

Although not all employees are Journeyman trade workers, we ensure all workers are trained, insured, and properly equipped with the knowledge and tools to get the job done. As a growing company, we encourage all employees to attain trade certification and we invest heavily in helping them do so. All projects are overseen by a Journeyman trade worker and at no point will we send out a worker who is unfit to accomplish the task at hand.
