One Home Realty was founded by Ed and Ashley Stroud.  Both St. Joseph natives, the Stroud's have extensive experience in the real estate industry. 


Ashley Stroud has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and was associated in residential resale and new homes construction with Reece & Nichols on the Plaza, as well as Graham Welch and Associates in Kansas City, before relocating back to St. Joseph.


Ed Stroud has been involved in property management with the Stroud Organization for over fifteen years.  In addition he has been in the logistics/transportation industry for over a decade.
