Accordingly, the institution's most important asset is its customer.  Our products, hours and employees must be focused on meeting the needs of our customer.  Building long term customer loyalty through superior customer service and products is the primary mission of this institution.  We must be committed to exceeding customer expectations.
Our second mission is to create an environment to maximize the positive aspects of bank employment.  All bank employees will be treated with dignity and respect.  All will be given an equal opportunity and a fair wage regardless of race, color, sex, age or physical condition.  Without dedicated, committed and responsible employees, it is impossible to render superior customer service.
 
Clearly, our institution is in business to make a profit for its shareholders.  This means that a mission for all employees is to operate in the most efficient manner possible, building long term customer relationships to maximize and sustain profitability.
 
The institution is also responsible to the communities that we serve.  The institution must always work in the best interest of the community, its businesses, neighborhoods and its families.  We will not knowingly take any action that will adversely impact any sector or area of our trade territory.  It is our mission to be an outstanding corporate citizen.
