After serving in the Navy during World War II (he retired from the Naval Reserve in 1972), our Dad, Jack Muma, started Hudson & Muma in our basement in 1954. Our Mom, Dolores, answered the phone and was his acting administrative assistant until the pressing duties of a growing family caused him to seek office space – and office assistance – elsewhere (much to our Mom’s relief). Eventually there were five siblings, three of whom now carry on our Dad’s legacy.

Of all the lessons we learned from our years of growing up and working with him, some stand out above the rest.

Our agency represents only the most financially-sound, responsible insurance carriers that have demonstrated their honesty and integrity.
