Hotel 340 is a full-service boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown St. Paul. It's 37 rooms occupy the 10th and 11th floor of the historic University Club building. The building itself boasts a two story lobby complete with a massive fireplace, comfortable bar and original marble.

Starting February 2013, 340 Cedar Street will also house the newly renovated St. Paul Athletic Club on floors four through nine. Guests of Hotel 340 will enjoy access to the various cardio, strength training, spinning and yoga studios as well as the 8th floor saline pool.
