Frank has custom-built sixteen homes, and many more development "tract" type homes, as well as countless additions, sunrooms, porches, roofs, decks, etc. and has done the majority of all aspects himself along with his crew (sub-contractors used when need). From foundation footings to chimney flues, he has hands-on experience.

C.H.I. was established in 1996 and has grown steadily due to Frank's excellent communication skills, professional ethics, past experience, and desire for continuing education above and beyond the inspection industry standards.
