Home Inspections

Our whole home inspections adhere to high standards set forth by HSTI, which include a thorough examination from the roof to the foundation of a home. Items included are: Grounds, roof, exterior, electrical, heat, A/C, garage, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom(s), interior rooms, basement, crawlspace, plumbing, and heating/cooling system. The average time spent on a home inspection from start to finish is approximately three hours. The inspector completes continuing education courses on a yearly basis.

Water Testing

We provide the option for a bacteria/e-coli water test. The results are returned within 48 hours from the lab, depending on when the inspection is scheduled. Another water test option we offer is for lead, nitrate, and nitrite. These test results are returned within 7-10 business days from the time that the water was drawn.
