Robert “Bobby” Moorehead is the owner of the firm and leads our Real Estate Division. He is a native of Jackson, Mississippi born on December 29, 1967 and graduated from St. Joseph High School (1985), University of Mississippi (B.A., B.A. 1992), Mississippi College School of Law (J.D. 1996). He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar 1996, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, U.S. District Court, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.

L. Elizabeth Johnson Spell is an associate attorney with Robert E. Moorehead, Attorneys at Law, PLLC, in Ridgeland, Mississippi where she practices bankruptcy law with a focus on representing consumer debtors.  She began her legal career as a secretary for the Honorable Barney E. Eaton, III.  Elizabeth received her B.S. degree from Belhaven College (1986) and obtained her J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Mississippi College School of Law (2006).  Elizabeth is a member of the Mississippi Bar, the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  Elizabeth formerly served on the Credit Abuse Resistance Education (C.A.R.E.) Committee, and as Co-Chair then Chair Person of the Seminar Committee of the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference. Elizabeth presently serves on the Local Rules Advisory Committee.

Tammy Kimbrell is the Lead Real Estate Closing Coordinator. She has over 18 years of experience in conducting Real Estate Closings. She was responsible for our firm recently receiving the "Best Closing Attorney in Jackson" award.
