Sharon “Sherry” Chamberland is the manager of Norstar Title Company, a division of Currier & Trask, PA. As the manager of the title company, Sherry examines title searches, prepares title insurance commitments and policies, coordinates closing with realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers and all other parties to transactions, conducts closings for real property transactions, and is responsible for the overall management of the title company.

Sherry returned to Currier & Trask in March 2007 after previously working for the firm from 1987 through 1994. In August of 1994, Sherry and her husband moved to Delaware, where Sherry managed a solo practitioner’s law office.

Sherry earned an associate degree in paralegal studies from Wesley College in Dover, Delaware, where she was named to both the National Deans List and President’s List in 1999 and 2000. She is a member of the National Association of Paralegals, as well as a member of the American Land Title Association. She is also an associate member of the Maine Association of Realtors.

In addition to her work with the real estate department of Currier & Trask, Sherry is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), where she advocates for disadvantaged/abused children in court proceedings. Sherry is a member of the National CASA Association.
