Associated Federal Abstract & Escrow Agency, Inc. was organized January 1, 2005 by Attorney Matthew C. Giannini. Since the inception of his first title company in March of 1979, Matthew C. Giannini has been an authorized agent.

Currently, Matthew C. Giannini serves as the Director of Associated Federal Abstract. 

Our abstracts are completed by EAGB Enterprises in Mahoning and Trumbull counties; by Sharon Crawford in Columbiana County and Patricia Fabry in Portage County. Associated Federal Abstract completes title searches in other Ohio counties. Our policy underwriters are First American Corporation and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
