Attorney Andrew Bosshard focuses his practice on business law, acting as general counsel to privately-held businesses and their owners on issues of start-up, contracts, financing, mergers, acquisitions, real estate, succession and estate planning.
A particular area of specialty is tax planning for tax deferred exchanges and involuntary conversions. Andrew has given several seminars on the topic and has structured and documented the transfer of roughly $2 billion worth of real estate using these strategies.
Andrew marks the fourth generation Bosshard family member to serve the firm and the La Crosse legal community. Prior to returning home to join Bosshard Parke Ltd., he was associated with the law firm of Cades Schutte LLP, a prominent Honolulu law firm.
While in Hawaii, he served leadership roles with the Hawaii State Bar Association, most recently as Vice Chair of the Tax Section.
