We make community involvement a priority


At Classic Kitchen & Bath, we're intentional about making a lasting impact on our community through involvement with a variety of local charitable causes, including The Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Denton Family Charitable Foundation, Shenandoah Valley Autism Partnership, Community Mediation Center, Wayne Harper Charity, Cats Cradle, March of Dimes, SPCA and WMRA. We also founded a local charitable foundation for the ALS Association DC/MD/VA Chapter.
Jill McGlaughlin, CGP, Owner

Jill, a JMU graduate, has been designing kitchens and baths since 1999. She’s dedicated to keeping up with the latest news and trends in the building industry. Jill has a special interest in green-building practices and is a Certified Green Professional (CGP).  She holds memberships in the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association (SVBA) and the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce.
Leslie Efraimson, Designer

Leslie has been designing kitchens, baths and other spaces since 2000. She holds a degree in Interior Design from James Madison University and uses her training and expertise to guide clients through the design and selection process with ease. She creates spectacular designs with artistic touch.
Gabby Koontz, AKBD, Kitchen and Bath Designer

Gabby has worked as a designer since 2004, and joined the Classic Kitchen & Bath design team in 2007. She is certified by the NKBA as an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD). She’s known for her ability to find just the style the customer is looking in the wide array of available cabinet and countertop lines. She loves making customers happy with their new spaces. Gabby has a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Greg Drumheller, Designer/Outside Sales Representative

A Virginia native who has lived in the Shenandoah Valley for over 30 years, Greg started working in the building industry as a teenager 1989. His experience includes a wide variety of building-related positions, and since 2002, he has focused on kitchen and bath design. Greg joined the Classic Kitchen & Bath team in 2007. His specialty is new construction and project work. He is an active member of the SVBA, where he frequently chairs various groups and committees or serves as an officer.  He was honored as SVBA Affiliate Member of the Year in 2006.  When he's not at work, Greg enjoys softball, fishing, hunting, and playing cards.
Heather Berriochoa, Office Manager

Heather started working for Classic Kitchen & Bath in June 2007 shortly after she moved to the area from California. She has worked in customer service and management since 2002. Heather manages the office/showroom, and is also responsible for billing and scheduling. She enjoys meeting new people and providing customers with a smooth and enjoyable experience. In May 2009, she enhanced her leadership abilities by completing the Community Leadership program through the Chamber of Commerce.  She is a member of the SVBA and Association of Young Professionals.
Chad McGlaughlin, Operations Manager

Chad, a Harrisonburg native, has been married to Jill since 1998. Chad joined Jill at Classic Kitchen & Bath in 2002 to head up the operations end of the business. He is energetic and enthusiastic about being a part of this community and is always looking for ways the company can grow.
