Sherpaul Property Maintenance began operations in 2005 offering lawn maintenance services. Over the years the family run business has expanded into a multitude of products and services.

In 2009, Sherpaul began its outstanding relationship with CHATS (Community and Home Assistance to Seniors), and their newest service, the Home Adaptation and Maintenance Program. This program offers seniors the benefit of having CHATS work with contractors to provide seniors services or products that will allow them to live more comfortably in their home.

Paul Martin began working full-time at the business in 2010 and was recognized by the Bradford Board of Trade with a nomination for Community Leader, an award recognizing exceptional leadership and someone or business that has made a significant contribution towards making the community a better place to live, work or do business.

Sherpaul now services south of Hwy 89 and is expanding its operations into York Region. The successful family business looks to continue its success in providing great services at fair prices.
