I have lived in Colorado since 1977. My husband of 30+ years (Bill) and I enjoy the year round outdoor amenities of Western Colorado and find there is no greater pleasure than spending time with our two adult children and their families.

In 1988 I became a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado and in 2004 opened Home Town Real Estate Company in my hometown of New Castle, Colorado, shortly after that I purchased a RE/MAX franchise. I have had great success building a full service Real Estate Firm and now own multiple RE/MAX Country offices. As Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Country I am dedicated to creating a professional work environment for my agents and staff, while creating a culture within the industry that makes the Real Estate experience at RE/MAX Country a successful one. Part of this culture is the forward thinking, constant learning and commitment to uphold professional standards.

My background and experience in the laws of Real Estate, Property Management and Homeowner Association Management has allowed me to find a creative niche in the real estate industry and build lasting relationships with my clients.

I am a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and I am a member of the National, State and Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors®. I am also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and a licensed Community Association Manager. I perform Field Service inspections for Sierra Field Services and am a Notary Public. Being a Colorado native for all of my adult life, I have extensive knowledge of the area, market and trends of Western Colorado.
