ERA Absolute Realty, located at 369 Applegarth Road, announced the merger of neighboring firm Levinson Associates. The new company, which will combine operations into Levinson Associates’ current office located at 349 Applegarth Road..., will now do business as ERA Levinson Realtors. 

With this merger, ERA Absolute Realty broker/owner Scott Lauri has tripled the size of the company, making the merged firm the clear market leader. 

Founded in 1980 by Bob Levinson, Levinson Associates has 25 agents who were responsible for nearly $55 million in total sales volume in 2013. Levinson will oversee the firm’s commercial division.
