Public Image Philosophy

At Presidential Inspections I will continuously be working on my Public Image Philosophy. I believe in the Home Inspection Industry, Your reputation precedes you. Even if a client is calling on me for the first time. At Presidential Inspections I will strive on a daily basis to achieve a positive image in the community. I will achieve this by,  being consistently Professional in every public and non-public appearance. Giving back to the community, being a good business neighbor, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Inspection Information

Full inspections include, but are not limited to the following items:

• Roof, vents, flashings, and trim
• Gutters and downspouts
• Skylight, chimney and other roof penetrations
• Decks, stoops, porches, walkways, and railings
• Eaves and fascia
• Grading and drainage
• Basement, foundation and crawlspace
• Water penetration and foundation movement
• Heating systems
• Cooling systems
• Main water shut off valves
• Water heating system
• Interior plumbing fixtures and faucets
• Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats
• Electrical service line and meter box
• Main disconnect and service amperage
• Electrical panels, breakers and fuses
• Grounding and bonding
• GFCIs and AFCIs
• Fireplace damper door and hearth
• Insulation and ventilation
• Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers

Inspector Information

All NACHI inspectors have to pass NACHI's Inspector Exam every year, complete an Ethics Obstacle Course, take a Standards of Practice Quiz, fulfill Continuing Education requirements, have access to advisory boards, and use a time-tested Agreement which includes a real estate agent hold-harmless clause, keeping them and you out of court. Don’t hurt your own clients and your own referral business with an uncertified inspector.  Do yourself and your client a favor… use only NACHI certified home inspectors.

Licensed, Insured and Bonded

I believe in protecting the interests of my clients. As such, Presidential Inspections is fully licensed and insured (Claims Made Errors and Omissions Insurance)as well as general liability. I am also a licensed Structural Pest Inspector with the Washington State Department of Agriculture and a member of the Washington State Pest Control Association.
