A good massage is more than the sum of the techniques used, but rather embraces the human being as a whole. When this is achieved, massage becomes art. When an artist paints a picture the artist can use techniques to facilitate expression but it is the art within that raises it beyond the everyday.

Every massage is art. My goal is to promote healing and rejuvenation for the whole person, discovering fresh balance from within.

What is a Therapy Session Like?

A session is between 40 and 90 minutes. A new session will begin with a consultation. You will be asked to undress (you may leave on your underwear) and then you will lie face down under a sheet on a padded massage table. The therapist will make any adjustments to your position and ask if you are comfortable. The therapist will use a light lotion or oil for your massage. After your massage take your time in moving and dressing. Your therapist will offer you water to keep hydrated.

How Will I Feel After a Massage?
