The phrase "excellence of service" is one we live by here at Hamlin Pools of South Texas. Wether it was a pool built by Hamlin Pools or not, our service department will be able to handle any pool related issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. With over 950 pools on service and 17 qualified and trained service technicians we will be able to troubleshoot anything from water chemistry, algae, equipment failures, and give you the "excellence of service" that you deserve!

Our service technicians complete a rigorious 8 week training period of daily written exams covering all aspects of pool care. From complex water chemistry to trouble-shooting and repairing equipment,  our service technicians are taught how to do it right the first time! This training period also includes hands on training onsite at Hamlin Pools test pool where our technicians are trained and mentored by Hamlins veteran team leaders who have a combined total of 60 years experience. After the intial training is complete, the service technician must pass an intense board of review were they appear before Hamlins team leaders and the service manager before they are allowed to go out and start service in your backyard.
