Jagmohan Singh Nanda is the founding partner of the firm. Received L.L.B. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 1996. He articled with the Honorable Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar, senior Advocate and now Chief Justice of the Uttranchal High Court. He started his own practice at Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India in 1997 and successfully Practiced until 2001 when he moved to Canada and worked with Khosla Law Office until he was Called to the Bar on January 23, 2003. He has since been practicing primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Commercial Immigration, Personal Injury, Wills & Estate. In relation to his real estate he practice he has closed approximately 6000 residential deals, completed multimillion dollar commercial transactions including Gas Stations, Truck Stations, Hotels, Development Land and Multiplex Apartment Buildings as well as various Franchises. He is a Member of Law Society of Upper Canada, Ontario Bar Association, Peel Law Association
