Carpet Tech has been locally owned and family operated by Chet & Melinda Pharies since 1994. Our customers say our cleaning and restoration specialists are one of the main reasons they continue to call us for all of their needs. They know when our vehicles pull up – whether it’s 2:00 in the afternoon or 2:00 in the morning – that they will be greeted with a smile by a knowledgeable and professional technician. All of our employees are uniformed and smoke free. We strive to provide 100% satisfaction. Every time you call, a friendly voice will answer promptly to take care of all of your cleaning and restoration needs. They are trained to answer any questions regarding procedure, prices and availability. We take great pride in being courteous and reliable so that you don’t have to worry about what to expect when dealing with our company.

We offer next day service and even same day service in most cases. Appointments are offered every two hours from 9-5 and Saturdays are available at no extra charge. For commercial clients we offer evening and weekend appointments in order to work around your business hours. Our office staff is available from 8AM - 6PM Monday thru Friday and 8AM to 1PM on Saturdays. We also offer 24 hour emergency services where you will speak to a live person even after hours!

Due to the dedication and exceptional quality of our employees, continuous training on techniques in our industry, and our sincere desire to offer services that exceed our customers’ expectations Carpet Tech has expanded to a fleet of over 45 vehicles, 100 employees and 4 locations.
