United Bank was founded over 100 years ago on convenience, trust and personalized service. The tools we use to connect with our customers have changed a lot since then; the principles behind our business are exactly the same.

Our Story

In 1905, a group of local businessmen founded what is now United Bank in Zebulon, Georgia. Their vision was to create a trusted, convenient financial institution with deep roots in its small-town community.

As United Bank has grown and evolved through the years, we have remained true to this vision. We pride ourselves on staying personally connected to our community, employing over 400 people in our network of branches across Middle Georgia. At the same time, we offer all the latest cutting-edge financial solutions, including mobile banking apps, chip-protected credit and debit cards and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). As we have for more than a century, we remain a team united to serve our local customers.
