Bob is the real estate broker of Weichert, Realtors® - Expert Advisors. Weichert, Realtors® - Expert Advisors was named to the Albany Business Reviews list of Top Residential Real Estate Firms in 2015 and again in 2017.   As a Real Estate Broker, Bob is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Greater Capital Association of Realtors, Eastern New York Regional Multiple Listing Service, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Board and the Columbia Greene Northern Dutchess Multiple Listing Service. For the last 8 years, Bob was named a top sales producer by the Women's Council of Realtors. He also serves as the President of the Upstate New York Weichert Brokers Council and serves on the Greater Capital Association of Realtors grievance committee. Bob is an annual special guest instructor at Siena College on the topic of real estate investing.  Bob has been a professional real estate investor for over 20 years and has participated in well over 500 real estate transactions as a buyer or seller. In 2006 Bob was a finalist to star on A & E's hit TV show "Flip This House”  He is the President and co-Founder of the New York State Real Estate Investors Association. Bob is also a Certified Mentor for the Brian Buffini Peak Producers coaching program. Bob recently published a book the Ultimate Home Buyers Guide that reached #1 in 5 different categories on . His 2nd book was released in 2017 title My Secret Wealth of Information for any Seller.  While at Getty Bob leased over 150 company properties to independent business owners. During his time with Getty, he served in several different positions including the Regional Developmental Use Manager. In this position Bob was responsible for site selection of future best alternative uses for these properties which included convenience stores, quick lubes and car washes. Bob was responsible for designing and implementing the convenience stores. He also was responsible for the development of regional marketing promotions.  He created the Getty traffic van with WGY 99.5 FM which was tied into a series of gas promotions throughout the Tri-City? area called "Thirsty Thursdays" where there was a mystery Getty station each Thursday that sold gas for 9 cents per gallon for one hour. Getty nights with the Albany Colonie Yankees, Glens Falls Red Wings, Albany Patroons and the Albany River Rats were also highly successful events under Bob's direction. Bob created a premium gas promotion with M & M Mars Company that was featured in Convenience Store News.
