MEET THE TEAM…

Kenneth E. Ross is a partner and serves as Chief Executive Officer. His primary focus is on marketing and expanding the company into new markets as well as Managing the Mandeville Office.  Mr. Ross has over 18 years of marketing and sales experience and over 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry.

Lisa K. Frazier is a partner and serves as Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for the Human Resources Department and seeing that all employees follow uniform procedures throughout the company as well as Manager of the Slidell Office. Ms. Frazier has over 18 years of marketing and sales experience and over 17 years of experience in the title insurance industry.

Blake E. Harveston, Jr. is our staff Attorney based in our Mandeville location. He is responsible for title examinations and closings. He has 40 plus years of experience in the real estate title industry as well as the oil and gas industry.

Stephann L. Alker is our attorney in the Slidell office. He attended Louisiana State University for both his undergraduate degree and juris doctorate where he graduated in 2010 and 2014, respectively.  He joined the Allegiance Title team in September 2017, although he has been working as a title attorney since April 2016.

Allegiance Title & Land Services, LLC also takes pride in having four commissioned  Notaries Public and two Certified Paralegals on staff, not including our Attorney.

Sheila L. Jones Pigott is based in our Mandeville location. She was commissioned as a Notary Public in the Parish of St. Tammany on February 29, 2000 and has over 16 years of experience in the title insurance industry.

Rachel E. Lanning is based in our Mandeville location. She was commissioned as a Notary Public in the Parish of St. Tammany on May 5, 2004 and has over 18 years of experience in the title insurance industry. She is also a Certified Paralegal.

Adrianne Matthews is based in our Slidell location. She is a Certified Paralegal and has over 15 years of experience in the title insurance industry.

Sharon G Cappony is based in our Mandeville location and serves as the company’s Compliance & Quality Control officer.  Sharon was commissioned as a Notary in 1994 and received her Statewide commission in 2010.  Sharon is responsible for maintaining the company’s Best Practices according to ALTA  (American Land Title Association) and CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) guidelines as well as closing files in any of our offices or outside locations.  Sharon has over 35 years of experience in the title industry.
