1. Inspection Express-Investors,sellers or Builders choice-lowest cost. All Major areas of the home are inspected and you get an overall snapshot of the homes condtion. Includes a one sheet summary report. Minimum documentation, minimum time.
2. Standard Inspections-Buyers Choice.The most common home inspection. All major and minor areas of the home are inspected, over 250 items.You receive a written report and a Home Owners Inspection Manual that covers in-depth details of the homes condition, cost to repair and maintenance manual. Average time 2 hours.
3. Inspection Plus-This is for the most discriminating buyer. Includes all the bells and whistles and all the above for a standard inspection. The Plus is more indepth details, with a computer generated report with digital photos, to include cosmetics, and a FREE Radon,Lead Base Paint or a Mold/moisture EPA test included. Inspection Time unlimited. but normally can take 3 to 4 hours.
