Comprehensive commercial real estate inspections performed by a mechanical, electrical and structural engineer. Each inspection is geared to the level of comprehensiveness desired by the client, from a visual walkthrough to a full detailed audit.  A report with photos depicting all facets of the inspection is provided.

A comprehensive visual inspection of the entire structure; inside and out: foundation to roof. An examination of all major systems and an evaluation of hundreds of components follows the NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) guidelines. A detailed, on-site printed report is provided by one of our Naval Academy engineers who are certified by NACHI.

Having a home built is exciting, but very stressful as it is most likely the single largest investment you will ever make.  Having one of our engineers evaluate the process at Pre-Drywall and prior to the Final walk-through, ensures a sound, quality home. The pre-drywall inspection evaluates the foundation, framing, electrical rough-in, mechanical rough-in and topography of the property. The Final Inspection is a full home inspection as outlined above.

Detailed structural inspections of foundations, framing and building movement or deflection are conducted by one of our Naval Academy engineers to determine the integrity of the structure. Detailed reports with photos are provided.
