Presently located in Vancouver and Langley, British Columbia, Pallucci Furniture has been around for 22 years, making friends and creating loyal customers with excellent products and service. Our owner, Clive Braude, has been involved in all aspects of the leather furniture business for more than a generation. Whereas others start at the top and then work their way down, Clive began his career as a factory worker before eventually beginning Pallucci Furniture stores with his father-in-law. By the late 1990s, Clive was overseeing a thriving retail business of 10 stores that offered a sweeping array of furniture and appliances. In fact, under Clive’s stewardship, Pallucci Furniture was one of Cape Town’s biggest independent retailers and a local favourite.
In 2007, Clive moved his family to Vancouver to be closer to other family members. He re-launched Pallucci Furniture and doubled the size of the business from a 3000-square-foot store to a sprawling 6000-square-foot show room. Situated at 32 East Broadway, in Vancouver, British Columbia, our show room continues the fine Pallucci tradition of giving customers world-class products at low prices.
One of the secrets to Pallucci’s success is that Clive has a long and extensive experience in the leather and upholstery furniture business. Long ago, he learned that the best thing he could do for his customers was to cut out the middleman and importers/exporters who greatly increase consumer end prices. With hard work and plenty of research, Clive only buys direct from factories he knows are top-of-the-line and trustworthy.
Our company is dedicated to staying ahead of the industry trends. That’s why Clive travels to Asia and to the United States at least 2-3 times a year to take in the latest furniture shows and to see what his suppliers are up to. He’s worked hard to develop strong contacts who make quality goods. Clive, like his staff, understands that the customer has a budget, too, and he has committed himself to using his contacts and expertise to keep prices down on all our products – from sofas and loveseats to ottomans and accessories.
