Sean M. Hogan, CAIB, CRM, WRT, FSRT, AMRT
PRESIDENT & CEO

After successfully paying his own way through University, and obtaining a Business Management degree with honors, Sean joined the family business as a Risk Manager, and Insurance Adjuster/ Broker. Over the next few years Sean branched off on his own, specialized in providing risk, and insurance solutions to the construction industry, and managed some of the region’s largest privately owned construction companies. Sean grew passionate about the construction industry, and became a specialist in creating efficiency, managing jobs/costs, mitigating risk, and improving process for his clients. It didn’t take long before Sean decided it was time to expand the family business, and start his own construction company right here in the Okanagan Valley. Today Sean is one of the industry leaders in safety, transparency, employment practices, customer service, and believes he must lead by example.

Marilyn Hogan
INTERIOR DESIGNER / HOME STAGER

Marilyn brings a passion for visual arts and design that has taken her on a journey through architecture, construction and landscape design. For the past 10 years Marilyn found herself in the business of “flipping houses” where she fell in love with interior design. In the Vancouver Lower Mainland she renovated condos, townhouses, and several single family homes ranging in value from $275,000 to $1.5 Million. All of these properties were staged and sold within days of coming on the market. Having now settled in the Okanagan, Marilyn joined Start to Finish Construction creating a Re-Design and Staging division.
