Since the formation of Holland Mortgage Advisors in early 2010, through the merger of Landmark Financial, Affordable Mortgage, and Holland Mortgage we have grown two fold. This union was facilitated for a number of reasons but specifically to offer better rates, terms and programs to our valued clients, not to mention the value inherent in combining over 150 years of mortgage experience between the partners and employees. Our in-house and contract processors alone have an additional 50 years of combined experience in our industry.

HMA offers all mortgage programs from numerous regional and national lenders including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA/Rural, Commercial/Investment, New Construction, Reverse Mortgages and a wide variety of portfolio products not readily available in the general marketplace.
