Ralph R. McMillan
Ralph is a graduate of Wofford College in 1971 with a B.A. in English cum laude and from the University of North Carolina Law School in 1977 with a J.D. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1977. Ralph resides in Charlotte with his wife, Sally, and daughters, Sara and Dorothy.

Daniel A. Terry
Dan is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, B.A. cum laude in 1986 and from Wake Forest Law School in 1989 with a J.D. he was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1989 and is a member of the Mecklenburg County and North Carolina Bar Associations and North Carolina State Bar.

Michelle Psaroudis
Michelle graduated from West Virginia University in 1989 with a B.S. in Business Administration and from West Virginia College of Law in 1992 with a J.D. She was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1992 and the South Carolina State Bar in 1993. Michelle resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with her husband, Rudy, and son, Dylan.
