Each NOVASPEC Home inspection gives you an impartial, thorough report, informing you of the condition of the property, identifying defects that may not be obvious to you or your licensed real estate agent, but that can unexpectedly add thousands in repair costs.

Our professional certified inspector will provide a detailed report. Our reports are available within 24 to 48 hours post inspection. We can also email you a pdf file of your inspection for your reference.

Sellers Inspections / Pre-listing Inspections
Eventually most buyers will conduct an inspection. The advantages of a pre-listing inspection are numerous. Consider the following:

  • Pre-insspections alert you to any potential problems before a potential buyer sees them.
  • Helps you to price your home realistically.
  • Allows you to make repairs ahead of time so that defects won’t become negotiating tools later.
  • It may encourage the buyer to waive the inspection contingency.
  • It reduces your liability by adding professional supporting documentation to your disclosure statement
