What is the Oil City Warehouse Mall? 

A 34,000 sp foot home decor superstore featuring sales areas for new and pre-owned furniture, mattresses, foundations, bed frames, home decor, re-purposed items, antiques, primitives as well as independent dealers in antiques, currency, collectibles, glassware, pottery and many more!

Who created the Oil City Warehouse Mall? 

The owners, Donald and Lana Sharp started out with a clothing and accessory consignment shop in Franklin called "Twice Is Nice" as well as an estate furniture store in Oil City called "The Helping Hand" before opening the Warehouse Mall in October of 1995. Just last year we had the roof replaced, heating added and started on a new entrance that should be finished by the end of this spring.
