Van Horn Engineering & Surveying, Inc.  (VHE) is a small multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm that has been active in Estes Park for more than 60 years. Over that time period, the firm has provided a diversity of engineering and surveying services to both the private and public sector within and around the Estes Valley.  

With more than 140 years of combined experience and more than 110 years of archived mapping, we are well equipped to undertake the most demanding engineering and surveying projects.  

Our professional friendly staff takes great personal pride in completing each survey project accurately and well above the recognized standards.  Whether we are establishing height verification on a single residential home or subdividing and developing a 150 acre parcel, our skilled staff has the time and personal attention to give to each project.

We are project manager based. This means one point of contact for clients. Each project manager has their own strengths, yet communicates with the rest of the team to provide strengths in all aspects of a project.  We have a very "open door" atmosphere.  We pride ourselves that people feel at home at VHE.

Flexibility is a strong suit at VHE. We can independently complete projects or work with land owners/developers so that they are very involved in the process (even field work if they so desire.)
