Bert's Appliances in Fenelon Falls, THE JEWELL of the KAWARATHAS

Shop Local, where you heart is, our customers are more than an invoice number. They are our neighbors. Our Business is located in Fenelon Falls, THE JEWELL of the KAWARATHAS, which has a winter population of 1850, that explodes during the spring, summer and fall.

We are a family owned and operated business since 1969 with 3 generations working in the business. The business evolved out of the founders, Bert & Rosemarie's snack bar and convenience store in Hickory Beach Fenelon Falls. Bert was the service technician for GE Canada doing their northern service calls, and Rosemarie looked after Catalogue Sales of Appliances. The appliance business grew to the point where they sold the snack bar and relocated the business to their home to offer product displays and parts. 9 years later the business was moved to Fenelon Falls where it is still located. This past summer saw the opening of a second store at the end of the block, featuring mattresses, foundations, frames, linens and water treatment systems. (Water n Bed).

We carry a full range of new appliances, like Sub-Zero/Wolf, GE, GE Profile, GE Café, Moffat, Frigidaire and Whirlpool in live-working displays. A large selection of fully serviced and warranted used appliances is available as well.
