RADON TESTING AND MITIGATION

Radon, a colorless odorless gas, is found in all homes and is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. We have been trained to test for elevated levels and can alert you to correctable problems. We use state of the art equipment and efficiently test for this invisible menace.

RADON MITIGATION

Red River Home Inspectors offer radon mitigation. Radon mitigation is an active system that lowers radon levels. Eric and Brady have attended the Midwest Universities Radon Consortium (MURC) and are MURC certified. They are also certified by the Natinal Radon Proficientcy Prorgam (NRPP) for radon mitigation. We are listed on the Minnesota Department of Health's website as radon contractors/mitigation service providers. If you have tested your radon and it is at a level at or above 4.0 pCi/L there is a way to lower that level.
