Outstanding job on difficult transaction. I was actually able to reach my lawyer on the weekends and some evenings too. Cannot ask for much more than that in the way of dedication to client. I actually felt the need to apologize to her at the end as I was such a pain. Gracious lady that she was, she just smiled me off and would not hear of any apology.Definite recommendation of Ms Allison Kosberg.

I used Alison Kosberg and her office when I purchased my home in 2009. She was extremely professional and explained the entire process in detail before closing. Her staff, specifically Barbara, was extremely helpful and patient with multiple requests we negotiated prior to the closing.

I would recommend Allison to anyone purchasing or selling a home. I have also used her office for other services and have never been disappointed.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Alison also. She did a closing for us back in 2004 and another closing for us in 2007 she is the personification of true professionalism. She also did some will and trust work for my mom and overall we are quite pleased with her service. I would more than recommend Alison's office and commend them on a job well done. Mrs. Kosberg has represented us in several transactions. She is one of the finest ladies and most outstanding attorney. Not all of these transactions were easy ones. I was very satisfied with her and wouldn't hesitate to have her represent me again in the future.

Our office has done business with Alison as did several of our clients.  She is a no nonsense lady, knows what she's doing and does it well, her New York accent and sharp responses keep people on topic and works well when negotiating or acting on behalf of her clients.  I give her 2 thumbs up for her work ethic and job performance.
