Jolyne Baines, LPO/DEO

Jolyne is the owner of Foundation Escrow. She has been closing escrows for over 30 years, almost exclusively here in Pierce County. Developing and maintaining lasting relationships is what is most important to Jolyne, and she has established solid associations with builders and local agents that span decades.

Jolyne knows that proactive communication can avert most closing challenges. Known for being exceptionally meticulous, she successfully managed operations for a major title and escrow company for many years. With her vast knowledge base to draw from, she has closed transactions ranging from residential resale to 500-acre new construction plats to large commercial projects.

Since opening Foundation Escrow's doors on August 3, 2007, Jolyne has joined the 6th Avenue Merchants Association and the Escrow Association of Washington.
