With our Safety Agreement program you will have a piece of mind knowing that your heating and cooling system is well taken care of. Each season we inspect the following items:

• Check and clean thermostat
• Inspect the outdoor disconnect
• Inspect condenser fan motor and blade
• Ensure the condensate drain is clear
• Inspect and tighten wiring contacts, capacitors and relays
• Inspect and clean the condenser
• Check compressor amps at startup
• Check Freon levels
• Check heat exchanger
• Check temperature drop and rise
