A 1-2 hour onsite appointment will be scheduled to measure your property dimensions using a Leica Disto D8 precision laser distance meter. All interior and exterior spaces will be measured to ANSI standards.

Upon completion of our onsite visit, we commit to providing an intial report to you within 24hrs, with a finalized version within 48hrs.

The finalized layouts include:

- Summaries and drawings done to ANSI standards
- Additional room details including kitchens, washrooms, furnace and hot water tank
- Exterior features such as steps, balconies, decks, patios and carports
- Specific details (furniture to plants)if requested by Realtor

We provide professional and accurate customized floor plans that can include your name, contact information, company logo and your photograph.
