Managing and Coordinating Your Move

AMJ Campbell International will assign an experienced and knowledgeable moving coordinator to oversee the moving process , to act as liaison with all the various service providers and most importantly to remain in constant contact with the relocating family. A strong communication link is the real key to a successful relocation.

• Professionally export pack, wrap, and load items to be shipped or stored.
• Provide clean, secure storage facilities for goods remaining in Canada.
• Offer in - house forwarding to facilitate all shipping arrangements, whatever the mode of transportation or the destination country.
• Provide a single point of contact for a  seamless relocation.

Customer Service

Moving to a foreign country can be very exciting. Certain families, however, find the degree of change including language, culture, social customs, and the physical environment to be somewhat overwhelming. We at AMJ Campbell International understand these pressures and make our priority to provide a "Helping Hand" that makes the process a little less stressful.

Each family is provided with comprehensive information on the destination country well in advance of the move. AMJ Campbell International's organized, systematic approach helps to establish a "Comfort Zone" at each step along the way.

Each customized relocation package contains the following information :

Customs information highlighting the importing of all the goods into the country and what is acceptable and what is not (Customs forms are provided when we can complete forms ahead of shipping) Quite often the Customs forms must be completed at the time of arrival in your new country (Check our Downloads Page).

Moving Insurance Information

Valued inventory forms, and the process of completing these forms will be provided. A room by room inventory of the your personal effects must be recorded , and a replacement value listed for each item.
