Dan Kadar is the Branch Manager in the Columbia, South Carolina office of Assurance Financial. Dan has an extensive background in financial services and lending. He started his career after graduating from USC, working for some of the largest lenders in the country. Then he moved to community banking in 2001 to have more of an impact the local community. Dan is happy to call Assurance Financial home where he feels he can make the biggest impact for his clients on a personal level. He has held many leadership positions during his career and has always enjoyed the work he does. The most rewarding thing he does is help others realize their financial goals. Dan believes that his job is to take the increasingly difficult task of getting a mortgage and making it simple and understandable for you. He considers himself a South Carolina native, growing up in Sumter as a military brat and graduating from USC. Since graduation he’s lived in and around Columbia, straying as far as St. Matthews, but currently enjoying life in Shandon with his wife and two daughters. When life isn’t keeping him too busy, he enjoys escaping to the mountains just north of Greenville for some motorcycle riding or heading with the family down to the beach.
