In 2005 Flat Branch Home Loans was founded in Columbia, Missouri by President Jim Yankee. Jim began as a Loan Originator and carried out most of the loan process on his own. His knowledge and understanding of the mortgage business and the importance of a well-balanced team have created much success for Flat Branch Home Loans and the people we serve. Jim is still actively involved in the business and prides himself on always being available to help.
