Rodney M. Todd, Partner

Rod is the founding partner of Todd & Drake LLP, opening the practice in Cold Lake in 1976. He focuses on purchase and sale of businesses, corporate law, conveyancing, wills and estates. Rod graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with distinction, and a Law Degree, both from the University of Alberta. An experienced Solicitor, Rod has been practicing law for over 30 years and is also a member of the Saskatchewan Bar. His areas of practice include: Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates, and Corporate/Commercial Services.  

Rod has been active in the community throughout his career and has served as a Preventive Social Service Board member, Northern Alberta Development Council Member, Dr. Margaret Savage Crisis Centre Member, Chairman of the Cold Lake Regional Hospital Board, and as a School Board Trustee.
